Duncan’s design career started the moment he could grip a crayon without eating it

From scribbling on walls to sketching for the runways, he’s always had a knack for promoting his art, with style and strategy. After graduating from Otis/Parsons in 1994 - where he snagged the prestigious Silver Thimble (yes, that’s a real thing, not a Monopoly piece)—he launched into the big leagues

He’s worked with several Fortune 500 companies, but his longest runway walk was with Ralph Lauren, where spent 15 years stitching his mark into the brand’s legacy, one knit at a time. Rising to Sr. Design Director of knits he picked up the Most Creative and Presidential Awards for launching diffusion brands that brought designer flair to the masses—making affordable fashion feel like a luxury sport

…rosina silla

Rosina is a battle-hardened financial executive with a knack for making numbers behave — even in the unpredictable worlds of small business, retail, and fashion.

She spent 16 years at Michael Kors, Canada as the V.P. of Finance and Operations, which speaks volumes about her loyalty, resilience—and maybe her secret love for a great handbag.

From there, she moved on to CFO and COO roles at Incotel Group and Groupe Party Expert — because apparently, Rosina is at her best when fashion meets existential crisis and confetti.

Armed with a MAcc and an EMBA from Concordia University, Rosina is currently dedicated to launching New Social Fashion Wear as she believes in a brand with a great potential for ROI, growth and a good-looking financial statement.
